St. Anne’s Salvatorian Campus was founded in 1876 in the name of St. Anne, the mother of the Virgin Mary and grandmother of Jesus Christ, by the Little Sisters of the Poor. Sponsorship was transferred to the Sisters of the Divine Savior in 1992. St. Anne's moved in 1967 to its current location on Milwaukee's northwest side. We are the oldest Catholic elderly care community in the Milwaukee Archdiocese.

We offer assisted living (two levels), skilled nursing, short-term rehab, and respite care. The multi-acre campus includes a large park that features a pond, a beautiful new pavilion, and patios. Inside amenities include a beautiful chapel, activities rooms, lounges, spa, and many other benefits and services.

Since we are a not-for-profit organization, we reinvest in our community in order to improve the lives of our residents. Decisions at St. Anne’s are made locally by compassionate leaders and caregivers right here in Wisconsin.

At St. Anne's, we provide residents with care and compassion in a respectful, home-like environment that honors individual dignity. St. Anne’s strives to improve quality of life, collaborate with others and act as responsible stewards of all resources. We honor a commitment to our heritage by providing exceptional services while striving for ever-increasing excellence in resident care.

One of our assisted living areas, Tivoli Terrace, provides a private, homelike environment within a comforting campus setting. Residents retain their independence but are encouraged to remain active and social because of the support, services, and recreational opportunities that surround them. Each apartment complex has their own dining room, lounge space, and caring staff. Residents have access to a variety of healthcare services including rehabilitation services, physician care, ophthalmology, otolaryngology (ENT), dentistry, podiatry, geriatric psychiatry, and psychology.
